What is an Organization?
An organization in EBAN is a branch in an enterprice group. For Churches it can be called branch or assembly. For schools it is a campus. For enterprises it is the branch. Each Organization has a fixed location set.
What is an Auditorium?
An Auditorium is a center/venue with group meetings that occur at the specific venue. Then auditorium contains: Meetings at various times Sections for grouping attendees into various sections in the auditorium.
What are sections?
Are seats grouped in your Auditorium? then you need different Sections for each group. if not, then you just need the default/initial section created with the auditorium. A good use case of multiple sections will be a church having separate sections for pastors, members and choristers. Section is useful when an auditorium is sectioned for group of people and where they sit. A numbering strategy can be applied to each group using “a section”. Sections have unique QR-Codes for scanning and are selected during manual registration
How do I create sections?
Open your Organization Create or open the Auditorium. In creating the auditorium, you enter details of your initial or default Section Create more Sections by clicking on [+ New Section]

Hosting your meetings at particular time in an Auditorium
Keeps track of each meeting instance that takes place and their associated records
How do I create Meeting Sessions?
You dont create meeting sessions. you manually initiate them when meeting time is due. before you can an attendance. Also, it is automatically initiated when a member scans at the meeting time
